After 4 hours, two technicians, a headache and $259.00 USD, the problem has been solved.

Oh well, it's up and running. I had 8.5GB free space on drive C: and it seems like it was not enough for a connector, so I moved ~4 GB of data to another drive and it I was able to set up the Send Connector well.. Messages sizes are something I changed to allow a few critical messages through and have not made it back to fix.

Was the configuration done from Exchange Sys. I would rather seem them with their domain but they are not ready for it yet they say.
