We have over 15 people and you don't want to reshare the calendar everytime there is a problem like that. The hotfix includes a solution for the message you get when you try to open a shared calendar in Outlook 2007: The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. I changed the setting through the GUI and watched the changes to that file, changed it back in watched the changes again.
