More later. I am having the same exact issues, then the next morning, on a whim, we tried and it successfully charged the card. But on the customer side it looks like it didn't complete, and in admin, it wont show a new order. Please help me.
I'm using this together with Multi-site, but the only problem is that it's not creating the site. I now see that my payment-form.php is still using this in the "Process the transaction" section: $transaction->setSandbox(AUTHORIZENET_SANDBOX);That would be causing problems for me. It showed that the phone number was the empty field. I really appreciate the help.
Sounds like you have a required field at Authorize.net that is not being sent by your Gravity Form? On my form page, all looks good starting off. You can also download both of these Add-Ons via the Add-On Downloads page. I did a test purchase with my credit card and got the same error.
