This was really giving me a headache, because I couldn't really understand why it wouldn't work. I just rebuilt the primary site a couple weeks ago due to hardware failure, which is what generated this whole mess in the first place. This is most likely why the MP won't install.   Any ideas on where to go from here?   Friday, January 04, 2008 5:49 PM Reply | Quote 0 Sign in It happened twice today, and came back again.

Since you can successfully connect to "\\MYSECONDSERVER.mysecond.site.local\SMS_SITE" and new packages can go out to DP, I believe that there is nothing wrong with the DP now. But when I look back at central site structure (in admin console), secondary site still doesn't show up, and it's been about a week.
