In fact if you want to include supporting their accessories, don't buy IBM on the basis of getting any kind of e-support at all ! I'm still a bit concerned that the memory test didn't complete. When I go into the testing mode from the >error screen, the system board test gives me this message: dev 001, err >96, fru 3810. The new models with UltraNav include both a track point and a touch pad, which I think is really cool. It went into hibernation within minutes.
